Now, before I jump ahead explaining that last statement, let me explain what the ‘chips’ are for. I believe that they are a transmitter and receiver of the information ALIE is giving off.

So, think about a television broadcast tower. It transmits a signal and your TV that has a receiver that captures those signals and turns them into ‘data’ that your can view on your television screens. This is how I see this ALIE/Chip thing working. ALIE is the ‘tower’ that broadcasts data to the chips that then broadcast to the person’s mind that takes them to the City of Light by sending signals to the person’s brain. But it is a two way street.

I went about the directions you provided and Java went as planned, but the OTL custom fix did not work. When I applied the custom fix my computer will restart but the desktop will not appear.
